We thought we were done with diet culture. It appeared that we were slowly but surely moving away from the crash diets and towards healthy eating and changes in lifestyle and overall fitness. Diet culture won't disappear. Our grocery stores and supermarkets appear to be filled with healthy foods, but they're in reality junk food disguised as healthy options. Let's look at some bad food items disguised as healthy.

1. Frozen Yogurt

The frozen yogurt that you buy can be confusing. It's as they said in The Good Place. It's so human, we made a mistake just so that we can enjoy a lot more. The ice cream may seem better, but the sugar content is still very high. At that point you could simply have a small portion of real ice-cream to satisfy your desire.
